Utter Miscarriage of Justice: The E. Jean Caroll Case

A lot of people seem to not know the full scoop on what’s going on with this case…Time for a brain dump…

The Upshot: President Trump was just slapped with an $80M FINE…

The judge decided that Trump and his attorney were not allowed to raise a single defense. Let that sink in. In fact, listen to Trump’s Lawyer, Alina Habba, who oultines the flagrant violations of the justice system:

Imagine not being able to present a single argument in defense. Being FORBIDDEN by the Judge. If you think this is good and just and fair… you’re probably a Biden voter.

So what is this case about, anyway?

Well, in the first place, New York just passed a law – the Adult Survivor’s Act – and it’s the ONLY reason this case was even able to be brought. They Changed the Law, and it

Not only did they change the law, but E. Jean Carrol (a certified nutjob who deleted evidence) is having her whole lawsuit paid by Reid Hoffman – Epstein Air Passenger AND former Mega Donor for Nikki Haley’s campaign, which sure made for an AMAZING headline post New Hampshire:

Carroll’s accusations are based on her belief that “Rape is Sexy”:

Also, her entire case – the story she tells – is ripped from an episode of Law & Order SVU – which she says is her favorite show:

She famously claimed that she was also a huge Apprentice fan:

This is YEARS after – purportedly – she was Raped by Trump.

She claimed to have DAMNING evidence in a dress by Donna Karen…a dress that didn’t exist when this incident purportedly happened.

So…a case WELL past the statute of limitations but for a law change, no credible evidence given (no ability to even say for sure when it happened); TONS of damning evidence to the contrary… but it’s a “win” for “justice” in New York City.

So…that’s what happened with this nutjob case.

Trump, of course, is appealing:

And after this miscarriage of justice, for some reason Judge warns Trump jurors in E Jean Carroll trial to never reveal themselves | The Independent
