Jeff Fulgham SFC (Ret) Army National Guard over on Twitter broke this story a few weeks back, based on his own research. I’ll share the tweets and then walk you through the details:

In Dec 2020 some suspected that Ware votes had flipped based on adjusted Trump/Biden totals in the hand count. Trump gained 37 Biden lost 37. While this was suspicious, no specific evidence was found.

But around 2 months ago I identified the specific batch that flipped.

Fake batch 35 was created by the duplication. Although batch 11 didn't flip in machine count 2, Trump was not fully reconciled for the lost votes because of more manipulation in MC2.

In summary, evidence from Ware County's records show that a batch of ballots which had a majority of votes for one candidate was flipped so that it then had a majority of votes for a different candidate. The new altered batch was then duplicated to create a fake batch.

These can be confusing to read, but the key part to focus on is the first word in the string that records the votes: DON = Donald Trump, JOS = Joseph Biden

The Practical Upshot

Assume this is the ONLY example of this in WARE county. Ware county has a population of under 40,000 people:

If ONLY 150 votes were flipped in every county (assume there’s 159 counties)

That would be 23,850 votes.

Georgia was “determined” by 11 779 votes

And that’s a bare-minimum number.

150 votes is about 0.4% of the total populace of Ware County (fulgham says .5% of the vote, but I’ll go with the smaller number).

0.4% of the population of all of Georgia in 2020:
