It doesn’t close the border, and fast tracks MORE people, while ONLY counting migrants from MEXICO, not anyone of the other people coming in from “noncontiguous” nation states.
Well, for starters, here’s that last part as item number ONE:
So when they tell you that they’re “capping” migration at “5,000” per day, understand that:
- That’s a rolling average
- That allows in over 1.8 million people illegally MINIMUM
- The “cap” doesn’t actually “kick in” until we hit that for a period of time… (days? Weeks? Months?)
- It’s not including the VAST majority of people coming in illegally!

They pass HUGE bills all the time – bills so long no one can read it, and named precisley to confuse you.

- 15k TOTAL new beds purchased for detaining migrants, which is enough for < 2 days of migrants.
- PURPORTEDLY, they’ll strap ANKLEMONITORS to anyone who comes in and can’t be detained… just the CONCEPT of preparing a system that could monitor and track 1 to 12 MILLION people (and expecting them to wear these for… years?
- 250k “Family Reunification Visas” to codify chain migration
- Fast Tracks 80k Unvetted Afghan Migrants
- Hatian, Cuban, and Nicaraguans are “fast tracked” for some reason
- Reminder: the Census COUNTS illegals for REDICTRICTING, which is why they want to FLOOD blue areas with these people (and then make them depend on the government with handouts, and THEN fast track them to voting)
- $400 MILLION goes to LAWYERS for migrants – they ALL get a lawyer (and as Watters points out: Lawyers are the Democrat’s biggest doners)
- $1.5 BILLION to NGOs to keep “resettling”
- $250 MILLION for “Migrant Reparations” (paying the COUNTRIES that the migrants are “too scared” to live in…
- It does allocate a whopping $25M to the DEA to combat the drug cartels… a 10th of what it allocates to Migrant Reparations…
- The “5,000” encounters is a rolling average on a weekly basis, and it does NOT count Gotaways, nor ANYONE not from Mexico, as stated above.
- Even when closed, migrants will STILL be processed at “ports of entry.” So, as Murphy wrote: The Border Never Closes.
- Migrants can STILL show up at ANY TIME – even when the border is “closed” and “claim asylum,” and be let in. Period.
- And even if it DID get passed, it’d be a minimum of 3 months before any of these policies did kick in…
- It says that the ONLY court who can hear challenges to this bill is the DC District Court, which is arguably the most
liberalcorrupt of all the courts… They’ve wrote the “status quo” into the bill.
